The Versatile Copolymer Adhesive for Packaging, Lamination, and Bookbinding.
Kenlac EVA Adhesive is a high-performance Ethylene Vinyl Acetate copolymer emulsion designed for specialized bonding applications where standard PVA glues fail. Formulated for superior adhesion to difficult substrates, it provides an aggressive initial tack and a permanently flexible bond.
It is the industry standard for packaging and print finishing, capable of bonding coated papers, varnished cartons, and PVC films to paper or board. Its flexibility makes it ideal for bookbinding (spines do not crack when opened) and general craft assembly. Whether for industrial carton sealing or paper lamination, Kenlac EVA delivers a clean, fast, and reliable bond.
Key Features:
-
Superior Adhesion: Bonds to coated, glossy, and varnished surfaces.
-
Permanently Flexible: Ideal for book spines and flexible packaging; won’t crack.
-
Fast Setting: High wet tack speeds up manual and machine assembly.
-
Versatile: Excellent for paper-to-foil, paper-to-plastic, and general paper converting.

1. Best Uses
-
Packaging: Sealing side seams of varnished boxes.
-
Bookbinding: Gluing the spines of books/pads (Perfect Binding).
-
Lamination: Bonding PVC foil or paper to plywood/MDF.
-
Handicraft: General paper and fabric crafts.
2. Application Methods
-
Manual: Apply a thin, even film using a brush or hand roller.
-
Machine: Suitable for wheel or roller coating machines (check viscosity requirements).
3. Bonding
-
Surfaces should be clean and dry.
-
Apply glue to one surface (usually the less porous one).
-
Press surfaces together immediately while wet.
-
Hold under pressure until the bond sets (usually 5–15 minutes depending on substrate).
4. Cleanup
-
Wet Glue: Wash brushes/rollers with warm water immediately.
-
Dry Glue: Solvents (like Thinners) or mechanical scraping may be required.
