Temperature Control & Best Practices
RUNNING
Operate machinery at an optimal temperature between 135°C and 175°C. Do not exceed 180°C. Keep the glue tank cover closed after filling to prevent contamination.
SHORT PAUSES
If the plant stops for more than 2 hours, turn the glue temperature down to approximately 100°C. This prevents the adhesive from aging and degrading its bonding performance.
SHUTDOWN
If the applicator stops for over 8 hours, the glue in the tank must be completely emptied. Note: Kenmelt 210 B should never be mixed with other adhesive types.
