The Sensor-Safe, High-Torque Gasket for Modern Import Engines.
Kenfix 750F Gray is a professional-grade RTV silicone engineered for high-torque applications and rigid flange sealing. Specifically developed for modern automotive engines, it is “Sensor Safe”, meaning it will not damage delicate oxygen sensors or computer circuitry found in today’s vehicles.
This formula excels in high-vibration environments, making it the preferred choice for sealing valve covers, water pumps, and transmission pans on Import vehicles (Toyota, Nissan, Subaru). It offers superior resistance to oils, cooling fluids, and shop fluids, ensuring a leak-proof seal that withstands the thermal cycling of high-performance engines.
Key Features:
-
Sensor Safe: Will not foul oxygen sensors (O2) or ECU sensors.
-
High Torque: Designed for rigid flanges with closely spaced bolts.
-
Fluid Resistant: Excellent resistance to motor oil, transmission fluid, and antifreeze.
-
Non-Corrosive: Safe for use on aluminum, iron, and steel components.

1. Primary Applications
-
Engine: Valve covers, Intake manifolds, Water pumps, Thermostat housings.
-
Transmission: Transmission pans (Automatic/Manual).
-
Differentials: Rear axle housing covers.
2. Why use Grey? Use Grey when you are working on modern cars with electronic fuel injection and sensors. Do not use standard Red RTV on these engines as the acidic fumes can damage the sensors.
3. Instructions
-
Clean: Remove all previous gasket material. Use a solvent to ensure the surface is oil-free.
-
Apply: Apply a continuous 3mm bead to one surface, ensuring you circle all bolt holes.
-
Assemble: Assemble parts immediately. Finger tighten bolts until material begins to squeeze out.
-
Torque: Allow to dry for 1 hour, then torque bolts to manufacturer specifications.
-
Wait: Allow 24 hours for full cure before filling with fluids or starting the engine.
