1. The “Golden Rule” of Construction Bonding

Clean Substrates: The adhesive requires a clean, dry, and structurally sound surface. You must remove all dust, oil, and loose debris, as these act as bond-breakers and will compromise long-term strength.
2. Surface Preparation

Cut the nozzle to the desired bead size (typically 6mm for general applications).

Ensure the substrate is free of moisture or heavy frost for best results.
3. Application

Apply the adhesive in a continuous bead or “dabs” on one of the surfaces to be bonded.

Press the materials firmly together immediately; the high tack allows for rapid positioning before the bond fully sets.
4. The “Pressure-Fit” Trick (Pro Tip)

For maximum structural integrity, “marry” the surfaces by pressing them together, pulling them apart for 30 seconds to allow solvents to evaporate, and then pressing them together permanently. This enhances the initial grab significantly, especially on vertical applications.
