Description
HM-100 is general purpose sealing hot melt adhesive designed for sealing of corrugated paperboard boxes and folding cartons. With high bonding strength, fast setting speed, proper open time, great heat-stability, excellent heat-resistance and wide range of application temperature, HM-100 can be widely suitable for different hot-melted equipments, especially suitable for manual sealing operation.

| Direction for use: | Recommended application temperature: 135-175°C (Don’t exceed 180°C). The viscosity and setting time can be adjusted by changing the glue temperature, the application temperature should be adjusted based on the practical use (raise 5°C in winter).
The cover of glue tank should be closed after filling adhesive lest the adhesive might be polluted. If the plant line stops for over 2 hours, the glue temperature should be tuned down to about 100°C to avoid the aging of adhesive influencing the adhesion performance. If the applicator stops for over 8 hours, the glue in tank should be emptied. HM-100 should not be mixed with any other type of adhesive. |
| Caution: | Wear goggles and adiabatic gloves when filling hopper or pot. Keep plant ventilated and forbid any fire. Consult MSDS or our technicians before use. |
